Return Window

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact.noblesocietyusa@gmail.com to request a return.

After we accept your return, we’ll send you detailed instructions by email on how and where to send the item back.

Do not send the item back before receiving those instructions — otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof the item was sent.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g. for a different size, color, or variant), return the original item once your return is accepted, then place a new order separately.

Sometimes we offer free size exchanges. If you’d like to request one, email us to confirm availability at contact.noblesocietyusa@gmail.com.

Cancellations

We cannot cancel orders once placed, as our warehouse is automated and processing (including label creation and dispatch) typically begins within 12 hours.

If you notice an error (wrong size, variant, or address), contact us immediately — we may still be able to adjust it before dispatch at contact.noblesocietyusa@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact.noblesocietyusa@gmail.com. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Certain personal care goods

  • Sale items or gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a legal 14-day “cooling-off” period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

As with all returns, items must be in their original condition (unused, tags attached, original packaging) and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
