Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.


Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info.noblesocietyuk@gmail.com to request a return.

  • After we accept your return, we’ll send you detailed instructions by email on how and where to send the item back.

  • Do not send the item back before receiving those instructions — otherwise, the return may not be accepted.


Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof the item was sent.


Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (e.g. for a different size, color, or variant), return the original item once your return is accepted, then place a new order separately.

  • Sometimes we offer free size exchanges. If you’d like to request one, email us to confirm availability.


Cancellations

  • We cannot cancel orders once placed, as our warehouse is automated and processing (including label creation and dispatch) typically begins within 12 hours.

  • If you notice an error (wrong size, variant, or address), contact us immediately — we may still be able to adjust it before dispatch.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Certain personal care goods

  • Sale items or gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a legal 14-day “cooling-off” period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

  • As with all returns, items must be in their original condition (unused, tags attached, original packaging) and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
